Your Role
- Account Ownership:
Design and execute sales activities for assigned distribution accounts to meet agreed sales objectives and business plans. - Business Planning:
Develop and maintain account-level business plans including targets, forecasts, and growth initiatives. - Channel Development:
Drive distributor engagement, training, and enablement to maximize IFX product coverage and demand. - Sales Execution:
Coordinate deal progression, pricing alignment, and order capture with internal teams and channel partners. - Cross-Functional:
Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and finance to resolve issues and capture new opportunities. - Reporting & Analysis:
Track account performance, prepare sales reports, and present insights to regional management. - Customer Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor principals and key reseller contacts.
- Education:
Recent Graduate with a degree in Engineering or Finance. - Sales Orientation:
Passion for technology and channel sales with a proactive, self-starter attitude. - Technical Knowledge:
Ideally some familiarity with semiconductor products or electronic components preferred. - Tools:
Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce. - Soft Skills:
Outgoing communicator, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. - Travel:
Willing to travel as required for distributor meetings (about 25%).
Wage range
:
Minimum of $61,120 per year. Maximum of $87,000 per year. In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
