This Hybrid Corporate Account Manager – Medlar role serves as a trusted security consultant for medium to large enterprise customers, driving business growth through strategic upsell and cross‑sell opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
The position requires one day per week on site in Austin, TX, but full‑remote options are available for candidates in the Denver, CO and Boston, MA metro areas.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients while collaborating with internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Managed Services, etc.) to ensure customers receive expected value.
- Manage the contract renewal cycle, from initial meetings through negotiation, contract changes, and signature, ensuring accelerated annual recurring revenue renewal rates.
- Achieve a quota of new sales growth within the existing customer base.
- Act as a customer advocate, cultivating relationships with key accounts and creating champions.
- Identify whitespace in accounts and prepare value‑based presentations to promote upgrades and cross‑sells.
- Consult with existing customers to recommend additional Crowd Strike solutions that increase ingestion.
- Develop and execute account strategies and plans to maximize account growth.
- Provide high‑touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed.
- Deliver feedback to Product Management on feature requests and product enhancements from the customer base.
- 2+ years of full sales cycle experience in account management or net‑new logo capacity, selling to technical audiences such as engineers, IT, and security professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong ability to run discovery, manage full sales cycles, handle objections, implement multi‑faced sales strategies (including partner engagement), and close deals.
- Proficiency with sales qualification frameworks such as MEDIC, Medpicc, and Sandlar.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in an individually focused, metric‑driven role.
- Excellent prioritization skills in a fast‑paced environment with multiple engagements.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through email, conference calls, client visits, presentations, and internal meetings.
- High comfort level with client objections and negotiations.
- Security or SaaS experience is a plus.

The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $60,000 – $95,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
