As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be at the forefront of driving new membership opportunities and fueling our pipeline. Your mission is to generate high-value leads, engage prospects, and create meaningful connections that lead to long-term partnerships. What

You’ll Do
  • Prospect & Qualify:
    Generate leads and qualify potential prospects through outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Fuel Pipeline Growth:
    Actively contribute to the sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing high-impact opportunities.
  • Engage & Educate:
    Introduce prospects to 5x5 Co-Op’s unique value proposition and how we help drive their business forward.
  • Collaborate:
    Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging, improve strategies, and help drive results.
  • Set Appointments:
    Schedule meetings for senior sales leaders and participate in demos to move deals through the pipeline.
What We’re Searching For
  • Go-Getter: A self-starter with a hunger for results and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Excellent Communicator:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects and present value clearly.
  • Curious & Driven:
    Ability to research and learn about the latest trends in data-driven growth, sales strategies, and industry pain points.
  • Collaborative Team Player:
    Thrive in a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in sales development or business development, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator).
  • Knowledge of AdTech, Mar Tech, or data industries is a plus.
