Job Description What You’ll Do- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B dealers and integrators
- Drive repeat business and reorders through proactive engagement
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert to opportunities and orders
- Identify opportunities to expand dealer activity
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers on larger opportunities
- Support quoting, follow‑ups, and pipeline management in Pipedrive
- Maintain communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Connect end users with qualified dealers
- Maintain accurate CRM data
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical teams
- Strong dealer engagement and responsiveness
- Consistent repeat orders and revenue growth
- Reduced inactivity across dealers
- Well‑managed pipeline
- Positive partner feedback
- 1–5 years in inside sales, account management, or similar
- Experience in B2B environments
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Organized and proactive approach
- CRM experience (Pipedrive or similar)
- Experience in security, surveillance, or tech industry
- Exposure to hardware‑based products
- Familiarity with Pipedrive, MS Office, Google Workspace
- Relationship‑oriented and commercially aware
- Proactive and responsive
- Organized and detail‑oriented
- Motivated to grow
