Job Description What You’ll Do
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B dealers and integrators
  • Drive repeat business and reorders through proactive engagement
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert to opportunities and orders
  • Identify opportunities to expand dealer activity
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers on larger opportunities
  • Support quoting, follow‑ups, and pipeline management in Pipedrive
  • Maintain communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Connect end users with qualified dealers
  • Maintain accurate CRM data
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical teams

  • Strong dealer engagement and responsiveness
  • Consistent repeat orders and revenue growth
  • Reduced inactivity across dealers
  • Well‑managed pipeline
  • Positive partner feedback
Qualifications What You Bring
  • 1–5 years in inside sales, account management, or similar
  • Experience in B2B environments
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Organized and proactive approach
  • CRM experience (Pipedrive or similar)
Bonus
  • Experience in security, surveillance, or tech industry
  • Exposure to hardware‑based products
  • Familiarity with Pipedrive, MS Office, Google Workspace
