Role OverviewAs an Account Executive, Mid‑Market, you’ll own the complete sales process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with Sales leadership, Sales Engineers, SDRs, and Channel Partners to develop medium‑sized business prospects into active Dialpad clients. This hybrid role based in Austin, TX reports to a Mid‑Market Regional Vice President.
What You’ll Do- Own the entire sales process, including converting leads into a workable pipeline.
- Build strategic prospecting campaigns and sequencing to source your own opportunities.
- Manage and close complex transactions involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Own your key deal reviews, forecasts, and professional career roadmap.
- 3–5+ years of sales experience in an ever‑changing environment.
- Experience managing and closing strategic deal cycles that include multiple business units and stakeholders.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions (preferred experience in UCaaS/CCaaS).
- Work at the center of the AI transformation in business communications.
