Account Manager – Glass America – Austin, TX (Full‑time, 30+ hours per week)

Responsibilities- Utilize Glass America tools and software to create daily routes and target lists.
- Track account metrics to meet financial goals and operational objectives.
- Identify accounts for outside sales activities and manage sales cycles.
- Establish long‑lasting relationships to build and expand your book of business.
- Build a strong network of contacts to supply referrals.
- Immerse yourself in the local community to promote safety and quality.
- Deliver world‑class customer service every day.
- Partner with local Operations Team to execute a positive customer experience.
- Existing book of business within the auto glass industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding financial objectives, metrics and KPIs.
- Experience in account management, marketing, outside sales and/or B2B sales.
- Industry knowledge of auto glass, restoration or insurance preferred.
- Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
- Problem‑solving ability to deliver customer excellence.
- Must pass background check/MVR and drug screening.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
- 80 hours of accrued paid time off annually.
