Account Executive, Commercial – SMB Sales (Austin, US)

Your role

As an Account Executive, Commercial you’ll own the complete sales process from prospecting to closing. You will work closely with Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, and the wider Commercial Sales team to convert small‑business prospects into active Dialpad clients, tackling complex communication challenges and driving revenue growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the entire sales process, including working leads and generating pipeline.
  • Build talk tracks that align with specific client use cases.
  • Have weekly one‑on‑one coaching sessions with your manager, covering key deals, forecasts, and career roadmap.
Skills You’ll Bring
  • 1–2+ years of full‑cycle sales experience in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, and Highspot.
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS sales.
