We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team at a large, professionally managed multifamily community in Austin, Texas. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, providing exceptional resident experiences, and supporting daily leasing and administrative operations for a 65-unit property. The ideal candidate is highly organized, sales-driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet, tour, and qualify prospective residents in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Effectively present apartment homes, amenities, and community features to close leases and meet occupancy goals
  • Manage inbound calls, online inquiries, and walk-in traffic promptly and professionally
  • Process rental applications, verifications, and lease documentation accurately
  • Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and market trends to maximize leasing success
  • Ensure model units, common areas, and tour routes are clean, organized, and show‑ready
  • Provide excellent customer service to current residents and assist with renewal efforts
  • Support community marketing initiatives, outreach events, and online reputation management
  • Maintain accurate records in property management software and follow company compliance standards
  • Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure a positive resident experience
Qualifications
  • Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred (multifamily experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and closing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Proficiency with property management software (e.g., App Folio, Yardi, or similar) and Microsoft Office
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Availability to work weekends as needed
