What You’ll DoAs an Inside Sales Representative, you are the first voice a homeowner hears when they reach out to our company. Your job is to build immediate trust, understand their situation, and set the appointment for our acquisitions team to take it home. You’ll also own the long‑term follow‑up on existing leads, staying organized, consistent, and ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.
This is a high‑volume phone role. You will be making and receiving many calls every day, so confidence and comfort on the phone are a must.
Responsibilities- Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data.
- Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again.
- Respond to inbound leads quickly and warmly.
- Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments for our closing team.
- Follow up with leads in our pipeline on a structured, consistent schedule.
- Celebrate wins with a team that genuinely has your back.
- Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process.
- At least one year of experience as a sales representative.
- High school diploma or GED required; college experience highly valued.
- Excellent communication, presentation, customer service, and listening skills.
$50,000 – $60,000
