We’re seeking a strategic, high-impact Field Marketing Manager to elevate how we engage, influence and accelerate sales pipeline across North America. This role directly supports the NAM sales team and is a key hands‑on position in the go‑to‑market motion. You will act as a dedicated pipeline and growth partner to the Customer Growth sales leadership team, partnering deepening with Sales, Integrated Campaigns, ABM, Product & Solution Marketing, and Marketing Ops to create in‑person and virtual events that resonate with buying groups and drive measurable growth.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Collaborate with Customer Growth NAM sales leadership to develop event strategies that support quarterly sales pipeline and revenue goals for new business
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (Community Experience, CVM, Integrated Campaigns, Product & Solution Marketing, ABM, Event and Brand) to ensure consistent messaging and high‑impact touchpoints across field events
- Engage with target accounts for cross‑sell opportunities across Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders, developing a strategic, data‑driven approach for account penetration and pipeline acceleration alongside Customer Growth sales leaders
- Leverage marketing operations tools to independently execute and manage multi‑channel campaigns, ensuring timely execution and seamless follow‑up on leads
- Use 6
Sense intent and engagement data and best practices to optimize programs, provide insights, and manage regional events, while advocating for sales needs and driving target account engagement
- 5+ years of experience Enterprise B2B marketing, with an expertise in field marketing strategy, execution and measurement
- Demonstrated success running regional and national field events with measuring impact on pipeline and revenue
- Working knowledge of tools including 6sense, Folloze, Marketo, Salesforce, Linked In Campaign Manager, Tableau and other campaign orchestration platforms
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort owning reporting – turning complex data into clear insights and next steps
- Strategic and outcome‑oriented mindset, skilled in planning and executing high‑impact marketing plans across field events
- Strong project management and creative problem‑solving skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams
- Experience partnering directly with sales leadership and account teams to co‑develop account plans and accelerate pipeline
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel (20-25%)
