AAA Auto Club Enterprises is opening a brand‑new location in Kyle, Texas. The store will be inside H‑E‑B, offering a high‑energy environment with a steady flow of members and customers daily. This role differs from a traditional branch setting. If you enjoy engaging people, thrive in a fast‑paced, retail environment, and like guiding customers into the AAA experience, this could be a great fit.

• Source, develop leads, and actively prospect while building your network.
• Engage directly with customers in a retail environment to drive interest and sales.
• Maintain a competitive drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to build strong relationships and retention.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Take ownership of your success and build a profitable book of business.

• Sales experience highly preferred.
• A natural ability to approach, engage, and connect with people in a high‑traffic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses.
• Basic computer skills and strong organization skills.
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire.
