Sales Development Representative

Overview

Give Pulse is the platform for collective impact. We are seeking a qualified candidate to raise awareness and generate interest for Give Pulse.

• Reach out to leads (community organizers) to convey Give Pulse's value proposition
• Raise awareness and generate interest for Give Pulse through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers
• Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos with your Account Executives
• Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 40 calls and 20 emails per day
• Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices and improve overall effectiveness and efficiency within the role and team
• Become a power user of Give Pulse's platform

• You’ve done some selling in the past and have the ability and desire to become great at software sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional fluency in English
• You want to win and you find motivation in temporary setbacks and have a high degree of resilience
• You don’t believe in settling, you find ways to overachieve and keep improving
• Your ability to learn is off the charts and you are hungry for more
• Your work ethic is unmatched - anything you don’t know you’ll make up with hard work
• You love connecting with people online, on the phone, and face-to-face

• You excel at presenting with or without PowerPoint via webinars, while keeping everyone on the call engaged
• You know how to manage onboarding
• Your idea of fun involves using a CRM to track customer and company wins
• Your friends come to you for help solving tough problems
• You have an interest and passion in volunteering and community engagement issues
