ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts.
Responsibilities- Cultivate new business opportunities by driving strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50–999 employees.
- Manage complete sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, and accurately forecast the sales pipeline.
- Sell ADP’s suite of solutions—including more than 40 products and services—to executives and decision makers.
- Document and manage multiple sales cycles, maintaining the process through implementation until the new business is fully operational.
- Build and deepen relationships across the ADP network, cultivating additional business within existing accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Seek continual learning opportunities and secure ongoing sales training provided by ADP.
- Proven track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
- Upbeat, persistent self‑starter who can cold call, manage time effectively, and present ideas professionally in person, on the phone, and in writing.
- Confidence to embrace opportunities, take risks, and challenge the status quo.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with natural leadership, resourcefulness, and resilience under pressure.
- Integrity to build and maintain relationships and to deliver on promises.
- A college degree is a plus but not required; relevant experience must cover at least two years of quota‑carrying, outside business‑to‑business sales or three years in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
- Military experience is also considered beneficial.
