Job Description
Sprinklr’s Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) is part of an outbound sales team that focuses on the North and South American market. The SDR is the first line of contact for new opportunities and works closely with Account Executives to generate and qualify leads for enterprise customers.
Our sales team works with an industry‑leading product that solves complex business challenges for our customers at the enterprise level. We prioritize personal and professional development, mental health and wellbeing, and offer a flexible work culture.
The opportunity is to learn fundamental sales skills and grow toward a role in software sales or other customer‑facing positions.
The SDR will prospect, qualify, and generate opportunities to support the overall growth of the business in North and South America.
What You’ll Do- Actively seek out new business opportunities through a variety of channels.
- Research companies quickly, identify opportunities, and strategize an approach to create interest for enterprise‑level companies.
- Work side by side with our Account Executive teams to strategize and generate value for existing and potential customers.
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Desire to pursue a career in software sales or other customer‑facing roles.
- Verifiable track record of success and goal attainment.
- Passion or experience with how technology shapes the user experience.
- Great attitude; collaborative and enjoys working with a growing team.
- Curious and proactive about learning, growing, and giving and receiving feedback.
- Results‑oriented and excited by the prospect of contributing to the continued growth and success of Sprinklr.
$44,000 - $73,000
Base salary depends on experience, qualifications, job‑related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. The base pay is one part of a competitive total rewards package that may include a discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan.
