Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional

Southern Home Services is a residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company that owns and operates businesses across the United States. The company is seeking business leaders to join our growing team.

We are looking for a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional who enjoys closing deals and turning warm leads into satisfied customers.

In your first year you have the opportunity to earn over $100,000.

• Interact and engage with new, current, and previous customers, providing solutions for their home comfort needs and building a lifelong customer base.
• Communicate effectively during in-home conversations, helping homeowners find solutions to save money on utilities and future repairs while improving comfort and air quality.
• Conduct follow‑up calls to ensure 100 % satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Collaborate with service technicians to present and recommend the best equipment and service options for customers’ homes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with customers.
• Proficient with PC and comfortable using technology sales tools.
• Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in‑person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed.

• Minimum of 3 years of business‑to‑consumer sales experience (prior industry experience not required).
• Strong drive to sell to customers and help solve their needs.

• Work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office.
• Communicate verbally via phone or other device.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.
• Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Routine work is performed in an indoor office environment.
