Spa Sales Guest Advisor / Coordinator $18/hour + Sales Incentives | Growth Opportunity to Lead Position Spavia On Burnet is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and sales-driven Spa Sales Guest Advisor / Coordinator to join our team. This is a sales-focused position. The primary responsibility of this role is generating membership sales, increasing guest retention, recommending upgrades, growing retail sales, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Candidates enjoy building relationships, achieving goals, and being rewarded for performance will thrive in this role. As the face of our spa, you'll be responsible for creating genuine connections with guests and helping them discover services, memberships, and products that fit their needs.

This is not a position where you'll simply stand at the front desk checking guests in and out. Our Spa Sales Guest Advisors constantly balance multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, polished, and welcoming guest experience.

Success in this role requires the ability to confidently juggle:

• Greeting and assisting arriving guests
• Checking guests in and out
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Scheduling and modifying appointments
• Selling memberships, upgrades, and retail products
• Communicating with service providers and team members
• Managing guest requests and resolving concerns
• Folding laundry, stocking supplies, and completing light cleaning duties
• Maintaining the appearance of the reception and retail areas
