Join NECOA as a full‑time Mobile Event Representative. You’ll travel to local events with the branded mobile vehicle, demonstrating water purification products, building customer rapport, and driving sales to expand brand awareness.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate cutting‑edge NECOA water purification products at local events using the branded mobile vehicle.
- Engage customers and create memorable experiences to build rapport.
- Maintain professional relationships with management, staff, and customers at events.
- Keep displays clean, functional, and demo‑ready.
- Report sales performance and competitive insights regularly.
- Pick up and drop off the branded vehicle to a storage facility each day.
- Meet or exceed monthly personal sales goals.
- Operate the branded vehicle and ensure proper storage overnight.
- Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Advise customers on product features and benefits to build confidence.
- Accurately document and report sales and leads.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
- Submit all paperwork and mileage tracking completely and accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
- Demonstrated product knowledge and ability to overcome objections.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Maintain customer confidentiality.
- Valid driver’s license; able to pass a motor vehicle background check.
- Bilingual preferred (not required).
- $20–$22 per hour base pay, paid weekly.
- Monthly sales bonuses and daily on‑demand pay via Daily Pay.
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability.
- Paid training (completed online).
