Car Sales Professional - Apple Leasing

Apple Leasing, a leading consumer auto leasing company, is hiring phone sales agents to build and manage a book of business. Agents will focus on warm leads from advertising, use consultative sales techniques, and close deals to deliver vehicles to long‑term customers.

• Earnings are uncapped; average representatives earn $150,000.
• Year one income (for reps who follow the system and work hard): $80,000–$130,000 after training.
• Income grows as the book of business compounds—clients return every few years.
• Consistent pay plan: commission plus bonus; no “games.”

• Make 60+ calls daily, primarily from warm leads.
• Use a needs‑based, consultative process from first call to vehicle delivery.
• Build and maintain a book of business that continues to generate income.
• Follow up faster than the competition and treat your pipeline as a business.

• 1–2 years of phone‑based sales experience (auto, insurance, mortgage, B2B inside sales, financial services, or similar).
• Track record of hitting or beating quota.
• Strong phone presence and comfort with 60+ dials a day.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.

Monday‑Friday with alternating Saturdays while you build the book. The schedule allows time for baseball games, recitals, and most weekends.
