What You’ll Be Doing
As a full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your career within one of our retail stores. Your responsibilities include:
- Generate retail sales by sharing your passion for cutting‑edge technology and delivering exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
- Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
- Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution.
- Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customers’ needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
- Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
- Potentially grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
- Engage with the community outside the store at off‑site Verizon sponsored events to expand your loyal customer base.
We’re hiring immediately! Earnings range from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in individual‑based commissions if you meet all sales goals. Top performers can earn an additional $14,500 or more in commissions, bringing total annual earnings to $65,000–$75,500+. Bilingual speakers in eligible locations may receive an extra $3,000 annually after passing a language assessment.

- Fluency in Spanish.
- Experience working in a commission‑based environment.
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Customer service experience.
