Austin, TX, USA (On-Site)

Salary: $80,000 Base Salary + $160,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

We are seeking a consultative Account Executive to join an established regulatory consulting firm expanding into the US market. This role offers the opportunity to work with entrepreneurs, healthcare providers, and business owners seeking expert guidance to launch and grow companies in highly regulated industries.

As an Account Executive, you will act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, helping prospective clients understand compliance requirements, business opportunities, and operational pathways while delivering tailored consulting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle from qualified lead through close.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Present customized consulting and advisory solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Build trust and credibility through a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM documentation.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in consultative sales, business development, or client-facing commercial roles.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing opportunities through longer sales cycles.
  • Background in healthcare, insurance, financial services, professional services, automotive, or other regulated industries preferred.
  • Results-driven with strong commercial acumen and accountability.
