Position: Account Executive (Tech / SaaS)

About The Role

The role drives the expansion of enterprise-grade SaaS solutions, managing the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and platform demonstration to negotiation and closure. This position sits at the intersection of technical solution‑selling and strategic business consulting, targeting mid‑market and enterprise stakeholders. The role requires navigating complex organizational structures, aligning product capabilities with customer business objectives, and collaborating closely with solutions engineers and customer success teams to guarantee long‑term account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from pipeline generation and initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing
  • Conduct highly technical platform demonstrations tailored to executive‑level stakeholders, including CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Sales
  • Partner with sales development representatives and marketing teams to build a consistent, predictable pipeline within assigned territories
  • Coordinate with Solutions Engineers and Product Managers to address custom technical requirements and proof‑of‑concept evaluations
  • Maintain high CRM hygiene in Salesforce, tracking all customer interactions, pipeline stages, and accurate revenue forecasting
  • Negotiate commercial terms, enterprise service level agreements, and security reviews with legal and procurement departments
What We Are Looking For
  • 3-6 years of quota‑carrying sales experience, specifically selling B2B SaaS or technical software platforms to mid‑market and enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota of $800k+ ARR
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and articulate API integrations, cloud architectures, and data security standards
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, technical evaluators, and procurement teams
  • Proficiency with modern sales tech stacks, including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom Info, and Linked In Sales Navigator
  • Bonus:
    Experience in Developer Tools, Cyber Security, or Infrastructure SaaS, or previous experience in a technical/engineering capacity
