SMB Account Executive

We are searching for a driven and ambitious SMB Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in expanding our reach into the small and medium-sized business market. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, developing customer relationships, and closing deals for Tax Cloud's products and services.

• Prospect and identify qualified leads within the SMB market
• Manage a funnel and convert customers in our under $5M space
• Understand customer needs and challenges, and present our solutions effectively
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales quotas
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other internal teams

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SMB market
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Proficient in CRM software (Hub Spot and Panda Doc a plus) and other relevant sales tools
• Knowledge of Sales Tax a plus
