Sales Development Representative; SDR

Position

We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join one of our clients' teams. The role focuses on reaching out to prospects via personalized outreach using email and Linked In.

• Develop and execute a strategic lead generation plan with a custom approach to prospects.
• Create B2B messaging for custom outreach campaigns sent via email and Linked In.
• Schedule semi‑automated, semi‑manual email send‑outs.
• Handle responses: address objections, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects.
• Build long‑term, trusting relationships with prospects.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the Business Development Manager.
• Report weekly sales metrics and performance goals to the sales team and management.
• Use automation tools (Snov.io, Mix Max, etc.) to launch massive outreach campaigns.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an SDR or in a similar client‑facing role.
• Advanced level of English (B2–C1).
• Experience using sales tools, G‑suite services, and various CRM systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
• Experience with popular outreach tools such as Snov.io, Apollo, Linked In Sales Navigator, Proxy, etc. is a plus.
