Baxter Planning is growing, and we are looking for a high-energy, seasoned Senior Business Development Representative to help fuel our next phase of growth. This role sits at the front of our go-to-market engine and is responsible for generating high-quality pipeline for our Enterprise GTM Team.
This is a true prospecting role focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying opportunities within our target market. You will partner closely with Sales and Marketing to break into enterprise accounts, build early-stage relationships, and create momentum that leads to new business.

This role will be part of the Sales Incubator Program aimed at developing Next Gen sales talents and top performers will have a chance to graduate to ESE and AE roles.
What You’ll Do- Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies across target accounts
- Identify and engage senior‑level decision‑makers within enterprise organizations
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for Account Executives
- Research accounts to understand their service operations, challenges, and potential fit for Baxter Planning
- Leverage a mix of phone, email, Linked In, and other tools to drive engagement
- Re‑engage dormant opportunities and nurture early‑stage pipeline
- Partner closely with Marketing to follow up on campaigns, events, and inbound leads
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data in Salesforce
- Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and results
- 2–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or prospecting roles (a must)
- Experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Tech sales (a must)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- High level of curiosity and a desire to deeply understand customer problems
- Ability to articulate value in business terms, not just product features
- A results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with high activity levels and structured outreach
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Linked In Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, 6sense or similar
- Actively leveraging AI tools but maintaining personal, human touch in outreach
- Consistent generation of high-quality pipeline for the sales team
- Strong conversion rates from outreach to meeting to opportunity
- Positive feedback from Account Executives on opportunity quality
- Continuous improvement in prospecting effectiveness and messaging
