Overviewis seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for an eager junior sales professional, early in your career looking to make an impact, enjoys engaging customers early, asking thoughtful questions, and confidently guiding prospects toward the solutions that best meet their needs.
ResponsibilitiesInbound & Outbound Sales Engagement
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and assess customer needs
- Educate prospects on products, services, and value proposition
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and revenue targets
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer use cases
- Close small‑to‑medium sized deals independently, guiding customers confidently through the purchasing process.
Position is onsite at our Pflugerville, TX site.
Qualifications- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a customer‑facing role (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling
- Highly organized with strong time‑management skills
- Goal‑oriented, resilient, and motivated by results
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Experience in sales development, inbound sales, inside sales, or a similar customer‑facing sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals through consultative, solution‑based selling.
- Comfort justifying the value of higher‑cost solutions when appropriate.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging customers by phone.
- Ability to manage volume while maintaining a thoughtful, customer‑first approach.
- Motivated by goals, accountability, and results, while maintaining high standards for customer experience.
- Work in a sales environment that values trust, expertise, and long‑term customer relationships.
- Earn competitive compensation with a base salary plus commission structure.
- Develop deep solution‑selling skills in a consultative, high‑impact role.

Base Salary range is from $50,000 - $60,000
