Sales Representative (Earn $50k - $75k+ OTE - Absolutely NO Cold Calls!)

Compensation:
On-Track Earnings (after training): $50,000–$75,000+ per year (uncapped commission).

Training Compensation: $40,000 guaranteed salary during the entire 6-week licensing and training period.

We fully support you through the entire process of becoming a licensed Health Insurance Sales Representative. From day one, every cost is covered, and you’re paid while doing it.

• Compensation:

• 3-day XCEL Life & Health pre-licensing course onsite in our office.
• Take the proctored state exam at the end of Week 1.
