Inside Sales Representative
Location:
Austin, TX (In‑person)
Show up, serve, and close. Work with our SDR team and world‑class marketing to book strategy sessions for you.
Meet with purpose‑driven aspiring authors and guide them through our publishing process.
Represent at live events, traveling to 2–4 events per month to connect with attendees, pitch our mission from the stage, and enroll new authors.
- Close high‑volume, low‑ticket sales (mostly one‑call closes)
- Conduct in‑depth, hour‑long strategy sessions with qualified leads
- Represent at live events, sharing our mission and enrolling new authors
- Identify prospects’ goals, obstacles, and how we can help
- Recommend the right program based on their needs
- Track results using our CRM and proven sales systems
- Collaborate with a hungry, mission‑driven team
- You’re a proven top performer with a strong sales track record
- You’re driven, self‑motivated, and thrive in fast‑paced environments
- You enjoy traveling and meeting new people
- You’re comfortable speaking in front of large audiences
- You believe in the power of books and transformation
- You love helping people get unstuck and step into their potential
- You live within 30 minutes of Westlake, Austin
Travel is required for this position—roughly 2–4 events per month. If travel or public speaking isn’t something you enjoy, this likely isn’t the right fit.
RequirementsRequired:
- 3+ years of top‑performing sales experience
- $250K+ in total sales (lifetime)
- Willingness to travel and speak at events
Preferred:
- 5+ years of high‑performance sales experience
- $1M+ in total lifetime sales
- Experience with high‑volume, low‑ticket sales ($5K or less, short sales cycles)
- Prior experience speaking or presenting at live events
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
- Current reps earn $150K–$325K annually
