- 5-day work week
- Monday–Saturday (one weekday off: Tue/Wed/Thu)
- Store
Hours:- Mon–Fri: 10 AM – 8 PM
- Sat: 9 AM – 7 PM
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Drive monthly sales goals and dealership performance
- Review and approve all deal paperwork for accuracy and compliance
- Verify required documents (, insurance, contracts, etc.)
- Work closely with Finance Managers to finalize deals
- Help secure financing and maximize back-end product sales
- Build relationships with lenders, warranty providers, and partners
- Maintain dealership standards (inventory presentation & lot condition)
- Resolve customer and team issues professionally
- Support the General Manager and assist with hiring/training
- 4+ years of Automotive Sales Manager and/or F&I experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing ability
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of title laws and vehicle registration processes
- Self‑motivated and goal-oriented
- Onsite position in a dealership setting
- Customer-facing and desk-based responsibilities
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the dealership
- Frequent sitting, bending, and reaching while working at a desk or reviewing documents
- Ability to use hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling paperwork
- Must be able to communicate clearly with customers and team members (verbal and written)
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds (e.g., files, office materials)
- Visual ability to read documents, computer screens, and vehicle information
- Ability to work in a dealership environment, including exposure to outdoor weather conditions when on the lot
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Requirement of Multi-Factor Authentication apps on cell phone
