The Account Manager (DSC) supports this mission by managing key customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating cross‑functional efforts to deliver innovative and compliant chemical process solutions.

Fueling Your Passion

As an Account Manager (DSC) you will be based out of a customer location in the Port Arthur, TX area and will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships while managing the day‑to‑day operations of assigned accounts. You will work closely with internal teams to understand customer requirements, originate sales opportunities, and ensure seamless execution of refinery chemical process solutions that create value for both the customer and the business.

As

an Account Manager (DSC), you will be responsible for:
  • Building and maintaining long‑term, strategic relationships with customers by understanding their business goals, operational challenges, and chemical process requirements.
  • Originating and developing sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and aligning appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including technicians, account representatives, and technical teams, to drive projects, technical sales initiatives, and innovative customer solutions.
  • Managing the day‑to‑day operational aspects of existing refinery chemical process business across assigned customer accounts.
  • Developing, delivering, and leading business reviews, technical presentations, and performance updates for customers, internal teams, and executive leadership.
  • Ensuring effective communication and coordination across teams to support customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and commercial objectives.
  • Following established Sales and Service Standards at key customer accounts to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Building trust through strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a customer‑focused approach in all interactions.
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have experience in account management, sales, or customer‑facing roles within industrial, chemical, or refinery environments.
  • Have the ability to understand customer business needs and translate them into value‑based technical and commercial solutions.
  • Have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Have experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver projects and services.
  • Have a solid understanding of sales processes, service standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Have a proactive, organized, and results‑driven approach to managing customer accounts and opportunities.
Work in a Way That Works for You

This role involves regular interaction with customers and internal teams and may include travel to customer sites based on business needs.

Shift: Monday
- Friday 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM 100% onsite in Port Arthur, TX.
