SMB / Mid-Market Account Executive | Austin, TX | Fast-Growth SaaS

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite per week)

With a powerful, intuitive platform used across industries—from startups to the Fortune 1000—this organization is scaling its presence in Austin and looking for Account Executives to drive growth in both the SMB and Mid-Market segments.

These roles are perfect for driven sales professionals who thrive in a high-velocity environment, understand the nuances of product-led growth, and want to sell a solution that resonates across departments and use cases.

SMB Account Executive (Austin)

Responsible for generating new business with companies ranging from 100 to 800 employees

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, leveraging inbound and outbound strategies

Deliver value-based messaging that aligns with customer pain points and platform capabilities

Collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure a seamless buyer journey

Minimum 2 years of SaaS closing experience required

Compensation: $70K base / $140K OTE midpoint + equity + full benefits

Mid-Market Account Executive (Austin)

Focused on companies with 800 to 3,000 employees across multiple industries

Responsible for net-new customer acquisition, pipeline generation, and quota attainment

Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and navigate complex buying committees

Apply consultative sales methodologies to build credibility and long-term partnerships

Minimum 4 years of SaaS closing experience required

Compensation: $100K base / $200K OTE midpoint + equity + full benefits

These roles are hybrid (2–3 days onsite) in Austin and offer an opportunity to grow within one of the most respected product-led growth organizations in tech.
