Inside Sales Representative - Smooth Closing | Austin, TX (In-Office)
At Smooth Closing, we’re on a mission to become the largest direct‑to‑seller home buying company in Austin. We are growing fast and are looking for an energetic, team‑oriented professional to join us.
What You'll DoAs the first voice a homeowner hears, you will build immediate trust, understand their situation, and set appointments for our acquisitions team. This high‑volume phone role requires making and receiving many calls daily, maintaining organization and consistency, and ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.
Compensation$50,000 – $60,000.
Responsibilities- Update customer information in the CRM so the sales team has current data.
- Build relationships with existing clients via phone, email, or other communication methods to encourage repeat business.
- Respond to inbound leads quickly and warmly.
- Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments for the closing team.
- Follow up with leads in the pipeline on a structured, consistent schedule.
- Celebrate wins with a supportive team.
- Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process.
- At least one year of experience as a sales representative.
- High school diploma or GED required; college experience is highly valued.
- Excellent communication, presentation, customer service, and listening skills.
