MSA – Membership Sales Associate (Weekend Opener) – Perspire Sauna Studio

Are you passionate about health, wellness, and helping people feel their best? Do you thrive in a customer-facing environment and enjoy building relationships? Perspire Sauna Studio is looking for a positive, confident, and results-driven Membership Sales Associate (MSA) to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, and creating exceptional guest experiences in a luxury wellness environment. We are currently hiring for a weekend opener position, with opportunities for additional hours and expanded responsibilities beginning this fall.

Saturday & Sunday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM

• Reliability and a proven record of excellent attendance
• Confidence in a sales-focused environment
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required)

• Confidently sell memberships and promote studio services
• Follow up with prospective members via text, phone, and email
• Educate guests on the benefits of infrared sauna therapy and Perspire memberships
• Schedule reservations and follow-up appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
• Conduct studio tours for prospective members
• Assist with opening procedures and daily studio operations
• Clean and prepare sauna rooms between sessions
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the studio
