Honest Search is currently partnered with a high-growth SaaS company looking to urgently hire multiple SDRs for their growing Austin office. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1+ years experience as a BDR looking to join an AI focused SaaS business with huge growth opportunity.
You must be able to work 3X a week in the Austin office.
Role OverviewWe’re looking for motivated, high-energy SDRs who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging key decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and building early-stage pipeline through a mix of inbound and outbound prospecting. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and establishing long-term customer relationships.
Experience- 12+ months of experience in B2B SaaS sales selling into technical personas
- Must have a strong technical understanding
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Coachable, driven, and eager to grow within a sales organization
- Interest in being at the forefront of a company’s go-to-market strategy
- $60,000–$70,000 (OTE $100,000-$116,000) + Competitive Equity
