Work Flexibility

Remote – Role allows you to work majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.

Field-based – You can expect to regularly work majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and have a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.

Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.

Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.

What You Will Do

As an Interventional Spine Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker IVS products to meet our customers’ needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Regional Manager and push yourself to exceed each goal.

When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. You take great pride in excellent service and are prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises. As a Sales Representative, you love living in the fast lane and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.

What

You Need

Minimum 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical device preferred) or a Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University with 2+ years of medical‑device sales experience preferred.

Travel requirement:
Approximately 20% travel.

Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.

Physical Requirements
  • Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Coordination of eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands including visual and auditory discrimination, memory, reading ability and memory retention.
Mental and Interpersonal Requirements
  • Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise.
  • Manage time, projects, stress, and conflict.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.
  • Bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records.

  • Possess unwavering ethics and integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment.
Compensation and Benefits

Field sales training and in‑house product training program. This role is 100% commission and is eligible for a draw, bonuses and benefits. Travel is 20%.
