Job Summary
Sales Coordinator – Cambria Hotel Austin Downtown, Pyramid Global Hospitality. Support Sales & Catering team, manage inquiries, coordinate events, maintain records.
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments, calls, and site tours for the Sales & Catering team.
- Prepare and distribute sales materials, proposals, and promotional packages.
- Assist with contracts, banquet order forms, estimates, and client correspondence.
- Create monthly sales reports, lead recaps, and activity updates.
- Maintain accurate information within the Sales & Catering system.
- Update event actuals after program completion.
- Manage office supplies and maintain sales collateral inventory.
- Prepare sales kits and presentation materials.
- Send thank-you cards, emails, and post-event follow-up communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build excitement for guests’ upcoming stays and events.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Previous hospitality, hotel, or sales support experience preferred.
- Experience with Delphi or other hotel sales systems is a plus.

$22 - $24 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on a range of factors including skill set, experience, certifications, and office location.
