Job Summary

Sales Coordinator – Cambria Hotel Austin Downtown, Pyramid Global Hospitality. Support Sales & Catering team, manage inquiries, coordinate events, maintain records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads.
  • Schedule appointments, calls, and site tours for the Sales & Catering team.
  • Prepare and distribute sales materials, proposals, and promotional packages.
  • Assist with contracts, banquet order forms, estimates, and client correspondence.
  • Create monthly sales reports, lead recaps, and activity updates.
  • Maintain accurate information within the Sales & Catering system.
  • Update event actuals after program completion.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain sales collateral inventory.
  • Prepare sales kits and presentation materials.
  • Send thank-you cards, emails, and post-event follow-up communications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build excitement for guests’ upcoming stays and events.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Previous hospitality, hotel, or sales support experience preferred.
  • Experience with Delphi or other hotel sales systems is a plus.

Compensation

$22 - $24 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on a range of factors including skill set, experience, certifications, and office location.
