We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Global Sales Enablement Manager to bridge the gap between our product, marketing, and sales teams. Your mission is simple: ensure our sales force has the tools, content, and training they need to turn “maybe” into “yes” more efficiently. If you enjoy breaking down complex product features into winning talk tracks and thrive on seeing others hit their quotas, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities- Training & Onboarding: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to get new hires “ramp-ready” in record time.
- Program GTM Development: Be part of the cross-functional team designing new programs that help grow MariaDB's customer base and customer success.
- Technical Curriculum Development: Translate complex database features (distributed SQL, high availability, and temporal tables) into value-based selling points and “Why MariaDB” talk tracks.
- Competitive Intelligence: Develop and maintain “Battlecards
