Position Summary
Harness is looking for individuals who are passionate, driven, smart, goal-oriented and motivated to exceed expectations and advance their career in B2B software sales. As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will generate new opportunities, handle inbound inquiries, follow up on marketing campaigns, and collaborate with our sales team to build pipeline and contribute to revenue growth. This role offers a competitive salary and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities- Research and prospect into Target Accounts
- Cold call, email, leverage Linked In & direct mail (get creative!) for strategic outreach
- Utilize lead generation tools like Linked In Sales Nav, Salesforce, Outreach, LeadIQ, etc.
- Act as collaborative strategic partner to Account Executives
- Exceed specific daily, monthly, quarterly KPIs and pipeline metrics to help achieve sales goals
- Conduct high‑level conversations explaining the value proposition of the Harness Platform
- Prior cold calling experience
- Proven track record of success and thrive in a metrics‑driven culture.

OTE for this position is $86,000
.
Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The compensation package includes a commission/variable component based on performance, plus equity and benefits.
