• Serve as the initial contact for current and prospective customers at the FASTSIGNS Center.
• Handle inside sales via phone, walk‑ins, and internet leads.
• Quote and communicate customer needs to the design department, then manage the order until pickup, shipping, or installation.
• Communicate order status to customers and ensure quality control of incoming orders before contacting customers.
• Receive customer payments.
• Participate in team selling, assisting customers with ongoing orders and proactively reaching out to dormant and prospective customers.
• Attend daily team meetings and execute business and marketing plans.
• Work with customers through email, telephone, and in‑person interactions.
• Build long‑lasting relationships by turning prospects into long‑term clients.
• Manage the front desk while maintaining a professional appearance and friendly demeanor on the phone and in person.
• Be present and on your feet for the duration of the front desk shift.

• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and capable of building relationships.
• Strong sales skills.
• Excellent listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods (4+ hours).
• Ability to work under pressure to produce high‑volume, high‑quality work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in health care, construction, or event management is preferred but not required.

Compensation: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour.

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 1‑hour lunch break.
