Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

We are partnering with a rapidly growing organization in the IT asset lifecycle and disposition services industry that helps enterprise organizations securely manage retired technology assets through solutions including IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), secure data destruction, e-waste recycling, asset decommissioning, hardware value recovery, and chain-of-custody logistics services. As part of continued growth, the company is expanding its commercial team and looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive new business growth.

What

You’ll Do
  • Generate net-new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline creation
  • Build relationships with enterprise organizations across industries including healthcare, education, manufacturing, government, and large corporate accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Sell solutions focused on IT asset disposition, secure destruction, technology decommissioning, electronics recycling, and hardware recovery services
  • Identify opportunities where organizations need support managing technology refresh cycles and secure retirement of IT infrastructure
  • Help expand market presence and contribute directly to revenue growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account growth
  • Strong background in new business generation and outbound prospecting
  • Experience selling ITAD services, data destruction, reverse logistics, enterprise technology services, infrastructure solutions, compliance-driven services, or operational B2B solutions
  • Comfortable building pipeline independently in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment
  • Self-motivated, highly autonomous, and results-driven
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
  • CRM discipline and familiarity with modern sales tools and prospecting platforms
