Market Manager — New Construction Sales Experience is required

This role is not for someone who waits on inbound leads. It's for someone who sees a market, maps who matters in it, and doesn't stop until they own the relationships that move volume.

THE OPPORTUNITY

New Home Buddy is changing how real estate agents work new construction deals — connecting agents directly to builder sales reps inside a single platform that removes the friction, the missed commissions, and the guesswork from one of the fastest-growing segments in residential real estate.

We're in the early innings of market penetration across Texas's biggest metros. The agents, team leads, and brokerages that adopt NHB now become the de facto new construction experts in their markets. Your job is to make sure that happens — and to be the person responsible for it.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
  • Build and execute a territory pipeline — agents, team leads, brokerages — from zero to a full book of active users in your assigned market
  • Drive platform adoption through direct outreach, in-person visits, brokerage presentations, and builder co-marketing — not through waiting on referrals
  • Walk communities, build genuine relationships with builder sales reps, and understand each builder's product well enough to speak to it credibly in front of agents
  • Present NHB to rooms — brokerage meetings, REALTOR association events, builder grand openings, mastermind groups — and hold your own in front of top producers
  • Engage at the right level with high-performing builder reps and top-producing agents: strategic conversations, not surface‑level pitches
  • Hit weekly activity metrics and monthly activation targets — you'll know your numbers and be held to them
  • Feed field intelligence back into the product and marketing teams: what's blocking adoption, what agents actually care about, what competitors are doing
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Direct experience in new home sales — as an OSC, builder sales rep, or new construction specialist [REQUIRED]
  • You've stood in front of a room of agents — at a brokerage meeting, a training event, an association panel — and held their attention. You know how to read a room and adjust
  • You can have a peer‑level conversation with a builder's top sales rep or a $30M+ producing agent without flinching — and they walk away respecting your knowledge
  • Track record of building a pipeline from scratch, not just managing one someone handed you
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach — phone, DM, in-person, repeat
  • Self-structured: you know how to prioritize your week without a manager deciding it for you
WHAT THIS IS NOT
  • A customer success role — you're building adoption, not managing accounts after the fact
  • A remote‑only desk job — your market is your office
  • A role where activity is optional and results are vague
  • An entry point for someone who understands new construction in theory but hasn't lived it
WHY NOW

New construction now accounts for a larger share of available inventory than at any point in the last two decades in Texas. Agents who understand how to work builder relationships are winning clients that traditional resale agents are losing. NHB is the infrastructure behind that shift — and the person who builds this market will have built something that compounds for years.

Compensation

There is a base salary plus commission opportunities that will lead this role into a six figure+ opportunity.
