Account Executive – Property & Casualty (Healthcare Focus)

Hybrid | Flexible schedule with limited in-office requirements

At Alera Group, we help businesses navigate risk with confidence. Our Property & Casualty teams deliver strategic, consultative solutions that protect organizations and support long-term growth. We're hiring an Account Executive to lead client relationships, drive retention, and deliver high-impact insurance and risk management strategies — with a focus on healthcare clients.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, consultative environment and is comfortable engaging with executive leadership while managing complex commercial accounts.

The Account Executive serves as the strategic lead for a portfolio of Property & Casualty clients, with a strong focus on healthcare organizations. This role owns the client relationship, leads service delivery, and partners closely with Producers to support growth and retention.

You'll bring a proactive, forward-thinking approach — anticipating client needs, guiding coverage decisions, and delivering thoughtful risk management strategies. This role regularly engages with senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders, and requires confidence, strong communication skills, and technical expertise.

  • Meaningful Impact:
Help clients and employees navigate benefits programs that drive retention, engagement, and satisfaction

  • Growth & Learning:
Opportunities to deepen your expertise and gain exposure to a variety of clients and industries

  • Collaborative Culture:
Work in a team-oriented environment that values accountability, partnership, and the principles of The Collaborative Way
