The role of Inside Sales Representative is vital in supporting our mission and achieving our goals. In this position, you will greet customers and take orders for HVAC products and supplies, assist with warranty returns and credits, and handle customer inquiries regarding products and services. It is important to offer friendly and efficient service to maximize customer satisfaction.

• Work well in a team-oriented environment
• Develop pricing proposals for orders received via phone, email, or the counter
• Facilitate sales transactions through credit cards, cash, or checks while ensuring that customers are verified as authorized personnel of the company
• Ensure the overall appearance of the branch showroom, warehouse, and surrounding grounds is well-maintained
• Process credits for items that have been returned in accordance with company policy
• Support warehouse staff in retrieving and organizing sold items
• Continuously engage with internal teams concerning order releases and product assistance
• Guarantee that all customers exit the store with a sense of satisfaction
• Focus on safety first and ensure the wellbeing of yourself and other employees, and overall operations

• High school diploma or equivalent, 6 months of sales experience (HVAC knowledge preferred)
• Basic understanding of air conditioning and heating knowledge is a plus
• Always maintaining safety awareness
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize daily tasks
• Basic computer skills for inventory management
• Problem solving, promptly identify and resolve issues to ensure a steady workflow
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, division, multiplication, and subtraction)
• Proficiency in comprehending guidelines
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
