A local Austin independent insurance agency has an immediate opening for a full‑time Personal Lines Sales Producer. This is a licensed position that requires a current Texas General Lines Agent License.
Qualifications- Previous Personal Lines insurance sales experience
- Strong communication skills; verbal and written
- Self‑motivated
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Comparative Raters (e.g., EZLynx)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Competitive base salary plus commission
