Inside Sales Specialist - Leads

We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Sales Specialist to handle our inbound leads, close new customers, and work our customer database to re-engage past clients.

This position is built for someone who's competitive, loves talking to people, and wants the chance to grow with a company. • Close our inbound leads — turn callers and web inquiries into booked appointments
• Call our past customers — reach out to people who haven't booked in a while and get them back on the calendar
• Sell service plans — move one-time customers onto recurring monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly plans
• Land high-ticket upsells — position premium services like paint correction and ceramic coatings

This role is commission-based with no base salary — but it's not the kind of commission-only job where you're stuck with bad leads and left with no real shot at your numbers. We have a consistent, daily flow of high-quality leads, which makes your job a whole lot easier.

• Flat 10% commission on every job you book

Our jobs average about $300, and in a typical week we close $10,000–$15,000 in new jobs over the phone — that's $1,000–$1,500 in commission. Strong closers can earn $1,500–$2,000+ a week, and there's no cap on what a great month looks like.
