Position Title: Bilingual Leasing Consultant
Location: Estates at East Riverside - 1300 Crossing Place, Austin TX 78741
Pay Range: $20-$21 per hour + Leasing & Renewal Commissions
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

Hours:

40 hours per week; weekends and holidays required.

What You'll Do
  • Be the first impression for prospective residents by conducting tours, converting leads into leases, processing applications, and guiding residents through move-in with genuine care.
  • Build relationships with current residents that drive resident satisfaction, retention, and long‑term community loyalty.
  • Handle the details that keep a community running smoothly: paperwork, inspections, and following through on every commitment.
  • Bring a team‑first mindset, jumping in wherever the community needs support that day.
  • Represent the property and brand with consistency and pride, every single day.
Requirements
  • A reliable, dependable work ethic that thrives in a fast‑paced, walk‑in environment.
  • One year of conventional or student housing leasing experience required.
  • Genuine comfort with people: prior customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus.
  • Enjoys an active workday spent engaging with residents, touring apartments, and being visible throughout the community.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as part of the regular schedule.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems (we'll train you on our specific software).
  • Bilingual English / Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing principles and a commitment to treating every prospect and resident with professionalism and respect.
  • Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation.

This position includes a $1,000 sign‑on bonus, paid in two installments: the first half on the payroll cycle following the employee's 90th day of employment, and the second half on the payroll cycle following the employee's 180th day of employment. Employee must be actively employed at the time of each payout to be eligible to receive that installment.
