Responsibilities

Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget.
Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
Follow up with customers before and after the sale.
Maintain product knowledge on Ford vehicles, financing, and current promotions.
Work with the sales and finance teams to provide a seamless buying experience.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

No previous automotive sales experience required.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Self‑motivated with a desire to succeed and earn a competitive income.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Basic computer proficiency.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Flexibility to work dealership hours, including Saturdays.
