As an Inside Sales Representative, you’re the first voice a homeowner hears. Your job is to build immediate trust, understand their situation, and set the appointment for our acquisitions team. You’ll also own long‑term follow‑up on existing leads, staying organized and consistent to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks. This is a high‑volume phone role; you’ll make and receive many calls daily, so comfort and confidence on the phone are a must.

• Update customer information in the CRM to keep the sales team on current data
• Build relationships with existing clients via phone, email, or other communication to increase repeat service usage
• Respond to inbound leads quickly and warmly
• Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments for the closing team
• Follow up with leads in the pipeline on a structured, consistent schedule
• Celebrate wins with a supportive team

• Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process
• At least one year of experience as a sales representative
• High school diploma or GED required; college experience highly valued
• Excellent communication, presentation, customer‑service, and listening skills

$50,000–$60,000 per year
