Sales Development Representative

$80,000 - $100,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE $160,000 - $200,000) + Stock Options + 401(k) + Healthcare + PTO

Are you a sales professional with experience selling engineered solutions, looking to join a rapidly growing technology company where you can work on high-value projects and significantly increase your earnings?

This fast-growing technology manufacturer is disrupting its industry through innovative engineering and has already secured significant long-term contracts with municipal and Fortune 50 customers. They're expanding rapidly and are looking for ambitious sales professionals to help drive the next phase of growth.

On offer is a highly autonomous role where you'll manage complex consultative sales from initial prospecting through to contract close. You'll work with engineers, municipalities, industrial customers and private developers, helping deliver innovative technical solutions while building long-term customer relationships.

This role would suit a salesperson with experience selling engineered solutions who is looking for uncapped earning potential, genuine career growth and the opportunity to join a high-growth technology business.

The Role:
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and contract close
  • Develop relationships with municipal, industrial and commercial customers while working closely with engineering and operations teams
  • Prepare technical proposals, manage CRM forecasting and represent the business at customer meetings and industry events
  • Earn excellent salary, uncapped commission, stock options, healthcare and benefit long-term career progression within a rapidly growing company
The Candidate:
  • Experience selling engineered solutions, industrial equipment, capital projects or similar technical products
  • Experience managing complex consultative sales processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to read technical drawings and communicate confidently with engineers, operators and senior decision-makers
