Position: Bi-lingual Sales Operation (KR-ENG)

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive sales professional to support the growth of our piping components business, primarily serving semiconductor and related industrial sectors. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including quotations, order processing, lead time coordination, and invoicing, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and expanding relationships with both customers and suppliers. This position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including headquarters in Korea, as well as external partners to negotiate commercial terms, resolve sales-related issues, and drive successful project execution.

Additionally, the candidate will contribute to strategic planning initiatives and support the development of long-term business growth. Strong relationship management skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and a willingness to travel are essential for success in this role. Experience in the semiconductor industry or related fields is highly preferred.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Drive sales of piping components for customers in the semiconductor and other industrial sectors, including quotations, order processing, lead time management, and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with the Group Manager on strategic planning initiatives and the development of new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with business partners and formalize agreements into contracts.
  • Analyze and monitor semiconductor and related industrial market trends to identify and develop new customers and suppliers.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key business partners to sustain and grow existing accounts.
  • Proactively manage and resolve sales-related issues (e.g., quality, delivery, payment) in coordination with the Group Manager, headquarters in Korea, vendors, and customers.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required to support business activities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or procurement, preferably within the semiconductor industry or related fields involving piping components.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship management skills
  • Experience working with semiconductor fabs, mechanical engineering, materials, or supply chain management is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Language requirements:
    Fluency in English is required;
    Korean proficiency is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong professionalism, capable of driving process improvements.
  • Strong team player with a strategic mindset focused on driving business growth.
  • Willingness to travel frequently based on business needs.
