- Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand how projects are built
- Comfort with measuring static and abstract spaces accurately
- Sales or design experience is a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of financial components of sales, including cost structures and payment schedules
- Relentlessly competitive with a high standard of personal accountability and ownership
- Emotionally intelligent; adept at reading verbal and nonverbal client cues
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to “getting it right.”
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Professional demeanor, including speech, timeliness, dress, and hygiene
- Demonstrated success markers such as awards, honors, or history of promotions
- BA or BS degree desired but not required
- Flexibility to accommodate client schedules, often including evenings and Saturdays
- Availability to attend intensive training in Houston during training and other semi-annual events in other markets
- Health insurance – subsidized plans options for employees and their families
